By accessing and using Red Tuco's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Red Tuco's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Red Tuco's website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Red Tuco provides LinkedIn social listening services for enterprise teams. Our service includes monitoring industry influencers and delivering their LinkedIn posts to your Slack workspace.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Red Tuco, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
